In order to fill your great machine of a body with energy, it will need a lot of nutrients but also plenty of… WORKOUTS!

Come on lazy bum you are not going to die! After each great workout session, you can treat yourself to a savory dish, sounds challenging huh?

OK, now put the machine on CARDIO mode and start sweating!

There are two versions of this diet, one that lasts for 3 days, and one that lasts for 7. See which one works better for you.

Yes, You Can: 

  • Chicken with steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans)
  • Chicken salad ( be careful with the sauce…)
  • Multi-grain pasta or pita bread
  • Turkey sausage with peppers (red, yellow & orange)
  • Turkey breast burger on whole wheat bread
  • Lots of boiled eggs
  • Canned tuna
  • Fruits
  • Non-fat yogurt
  • Vegetables
  • Black coffee

It’s all the ammunition you will need for the war against FAT! And remember, portion control is key here!

 

No, You Can’t: 

  • Processed food
  • Anything fried
  • Candy
  • Junk food

 

Don’t forget to turn the machine on sports mode at least 1 hour a day, and try to eat a light meal every 3 hours so you don’t slow down the metabolic process. Show us your athletic prowess and start getting in shape Captain!
