A Little Introduction…

Dear Reader,

Wherever we are these days, we always hear a frustrating but nonetheless true fact: SUMMER IS APPROACHING!

While you stare at your bathing suit from last year, wondering if it still fits, a little voice in your head is telling you: diet = beautiful body.

Lets face it – IT’S HARD! Hard to cut back on all these gourmet pleasures, like that juicy burger and those crispy fries, or that salted caramel cheesecake, or those bars of chocolate candy. Why not just hide it all behind your baggy winter clothes? But you know you can’t hide forever.

NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE.

OK, I gained 5 kilos this year, but even after losing the extra weight, would that really change anything? If you think this question is pointless then just stop reading this post now, because NO PAIN = NO GAIN.

One of the most important things about losing weight is having the willpower to do it. You need to have passion and devotion, otherwise you will feel even more frustrated if you started your Atkins diet only to give it up after 5 days – thanks to that delectable sandwich you now regret having devoured.

Another thing which is equally important to remember: it doesn’t have to be like this every time. You have to keep on trying until you’ve found something that you feel devoted to and comfortable with deep inside. The best solution is to define your OWN diet, that way you can stick to it and feel great. And remember, if it works well, you will have the chance to brag about it for the whole summer or even for the rest of your life!

Are you on board now? GREAT!

We also knew you would be even more inspired to start if you could compare the most popular diets out there. As you may never have studied nutrition and don’t want to read pages and pages of incoherent recipes and boring restrictions, we have compiled here for you a simplified outline of the most popular diets our there, along with our Do’s and Don’ts, to guide you in your new eating lifestyle.

But remember this comparative information is for your reference only and you should always seek further medical advice from your General Practitioner or Family Doctor, prior to drastically changing your nutritional regimen.

Ready? THEN LET’S START! And let’s name the next diet after YOU!
